Generate proteody
Enter a protein amino acids sequence in FASTA format as found on UniProt website (i.e. Cytochrome C), then clic on "Generate proteody" to get protein Period, Stimulation and Inhibition sheet with the corresponding midi files and colors sequences. This work is based on Joël Sternheimer patent "Method for the epigenetic regulation of protein biosynthesis by scale resonance". Proteodyne only works with a recent version of Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox web browsers.
